Who runs this

KWADATIS (Kwara State Drug Testing Information System) is operated by Technology Value in partnership with the Kwara State Government. The platform is aligned with the NDLEA's proposal for regular drug screening in tertiary institutions. NDLEA endorses the certificate you receive, but is not the operator of the platform.

What this platform does

• Registers you for drug screening through your tertiary institution.
• Collects the screening fee securely via Interswitch.
• Lets you book a test centre and date.
• Issues your result certificate after laboratory analysis.
• Connects you with a counsellor if your result requires follow-up.

Care, not punishment

A positive screening result is not, by itself, a criminal matter. It is a health signal. KWADATIS is designed to make help easier to reach, not to track or report you. We will never share your individual result with law enforcement.

What we expect from you

• Provide accurate information when registering. The matric number and identity details must match your institution's records.
• You have permission to list the next-of-kin and sponsor contacts you provide. We assume these people would not be surprised to learn we hold their phone numbers.
• Don't share your account password or attempt to register as another student.
• Show up to your scheduled test with valid ID.

About the screening test

The screening is an immunoassay urine test for nine substances, conducted by an accredited laboratory. It is an initial screening, not a final diagnosis. A positive result on a screening test does not, by itself, prove substance use; confirmatory testing (such as GC-MS) is recommended for any positive finding, especially before any administrative or clinical action.

Your certificate states the date your sample was taken and a validity window. After that window, the certificate is no longer current.

Payment

Screening fees are processed by Interswitch, a Nigerian payment provider. KWADATIS does not store your card details. If a payment fails, you can retry without re-entering your registration information.

Screening fees are non-refundable once you have visited the test centre. If you cannot attend, contact support before your scheduled date to discuss your options.

Your certificate

When you receive your result certificate, you can:

• Download it as a PDF.
• Print it.
• Share it with NYSC, employers, scholarship offices, or anyone you choose.

We never share your certificate with third parties on your behalf. That decision is always yours.

Account closure

You can ask for your account to be closed at any time by emailing support@kwadatis.com. We'll honour the request within 30 days, subject to record-keeping requirements for screening results under NDPA 2023.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email. The most recent version is always at this URL.
